confused on amount waiting on phone now

ive just rang pip actually got told that next payment my first is for 220 pounds 25th april dont make sense adding up that neither basic living and basic mobility added up having scored 18 on report for living and 8 for mobility im very confused if i got basic living thats 60 a week and mobilty 23 minumum is 320 ish a month

You will have to wait for the decision letter buf the payment could be for part of the month and not a full month payment dependant on date you claimed and date decision was made etc1 -
hi janer all cleared up yeh your correct but everybody be aware the computer not telling you correct amounts due to latest raise in benefit i was very confused lol but the lady was brilliant read out the letter i got awarded higher living and basic mobility back paid to October thanks for all you help folks really appreciate it you dont know by how much can be a lonely process0

The assessment report is not the decision, it's a recommendation. They do mostly go with the report but it has been known for them to go against it. Did you get that information from the automated payment details? I don't agree with this automated payment message because it has been known for it to be incorrect.It's not helping your anxiety to constantly ring them. Please try to think of something else. Once the decision's been made you will receive the decision letter and that will have all the details on it.1
