Hi,
You don’t say which benefit this is related to? PIP or the work capability assessment?Either way, sometimes the report takes longer to be returned to DWP. If it’s chosen for audit this will delay it being returned. If this is what’s happened, it’s nothing at all for you to worry about, they are just checking the health assessment providers were doing their job correctly.DWP can also only send a text message if they have your mobile number.1 -
Thanks for your reply it was a pip assessment
you say chosen for audit what does this mean thanks just unfamiliar with all this0 -
An audit is as advised here.poppy123456 said:it’s nothing at all for you to worry about, they are just checking the health assessment providers were doing their job correctly.

Sometimes it's returned the same day, sometimes within 1 week. Other times longer. If it's been chosen for audit then it could take quite a few weeks.

Hi @kiarlah3, welcome to the community.
The post you're replying to is from 2022, so I'm unsure if they'll reply. But it can be several weeks before you hear back about your report being received. If you're worried it may be worth calling them, just for peace of mind.0
