Due to disabilities i am unable to work, is there any help for the coming energy costs ?

I recieved a call from Scope yesterday. Ive had one concerning energy costs, but cannot recall to much of what happened due to being very ill that day.

 Yesterday, i received a call from scope concerning water rates. I had a 3 way conversation with my water suppliers(Scope adviser on call) and managed to successfully have my costs halved .

For 2 yrs the water authority told me i was on the best rate, yet Scope in one call changed all this , as it seems the WA hadnt really been quite truthful in the past.

So i was wondering(and no, i dont except my energy bills to be halved..lol) but is there a similar situation where scope can help with phone calls to my energy supplier?  Nothing was mentioned by scope in my first phone call regarding energy 3 weeks ago. 

My energy suppliers similarly to WA , have told me im on the best tariff. but i suspect i actually am not.  Ps NOT SURE where to have placed this question..sorry!
