Hi 👋. I've think I messed up . I did an appeal for pip after I scored 0 and 0 on mandority reconsideration. Tribunal is on the 7th April. I had a call off dwp Friday just gone offering me standard rate daily living. My fight is for mobility . This I scored 0 and I had only added my hospital records on Thursday wich they hadn't seen yet. But me not nowing and now realized this . I've already exepted standard rate .I'm thinking I should have waited for the tribunal . What I wanted to no was I execpted . How soon do they start paying .and can I do mr on the mobility bit .total messed up

You can't request another MR because you've already done that. Once the award is in payment you can request another Tribunal for that award. The timescale will start from the begining again so do be aware of that. Before doing anything else i'd advise you to get some expert advice from an agency near you to check if it's possible to score points for a mobility award. https://advicelocal.uk/

Accepting the award puts you in the position of getting something into payment (together with the arrears dues). As poppy says, as soon as you have the revised decision, you can lodge a new appeal.0
