I have been awarded Lwrca and would like to know if my son who lives with me and getting uc himself is entitled to claim carer element for my caring

For your son to be able to claim carers element you must be receiving a qualifying disability benefit such as PIP daily living or DLA mid/high rate care.
LCWRA element doesn’t qualify anyone to claim carers element for looking after you.0 -
