Hi and welcome to the community

There is no need to ask for a pip review getting lcwra has no impact on pip they are different benefits with different criteria

You will get the additional payment on uc from the 4th month after reporting your condition.  Unless your partner already gets lcwra as only 1 payment can be made per uc claim

It can take a while for back pay to be paid due to them having to recalculate your past payments

Once dwp are notified of the outcome by the court you will get the extra payment which was £343.63 per month

    Hi,
Before reporting any changes regarding your PIP you need to get some expert advice from an agency near you. https://advicelocal.uk/
Reporting changes will prompt more forms and another assessment. PIP has nothing to do with your LCWRA award.
