LCWRA and PIP. Should I ask for a PIP review? Would LCWRA affect my UC joint claim?

hi all hope your all well
will keep it brief goes back to 2020 had work capability assessment then telephone assessment then video assessment no face to face due to covid restrictions OUTCOME i did not have limited capability for work i done a madatory reconsideration then went to tribunal april 2022 was awarded LCWRA on 15 points not be reassessed for 24 months i was awarded pip april 2021 with 8 points on mobility should i ask for pip to be reviwed? and would the lcwra effect my universal credit which is a joint claim with wife sorry if its long and winded thankyou in advance for any information or pointers thanks ounce again P.S i would advise people who feel nervous about going through the system of going to appeals just do it you never know so wishing you the very best if you are going through the same process.

Hi and welcome to the community
There is no need to ask for a pip review getting lcwra has no impact on pip they are different benefits with different criteria
You will get the additional payment on uc from the 4th month after reporting your condition. Unless your partner already gets lcwra as only 1 payment can be made per uc claim
It can take a while for back pay to be paid due to them having to recalculate your past payments
Once dwp are notified of the outcome by the court you will get the extra payment which was £343.63 per month0 -
Hi,Before reporting any changes regarding your PIP you need to get some expert advice from an agency near you. https://advicelocal.uk/Reporting changes will prompt more forms and another assessment. PIP has nothing to do with your LCWRA award.
