Help filling in dla form

Hi was just wonder is there any places help filling in for a 15 year old there is a part it looks like school is ment to fill
in but she hasn’t been at school In 2 years as don’t leave the house

    You could consider contacting Citizens Advice for help with filling out your DLA form, they have an information page here and will be able to support you if you get in touch :) 

    You mentioned that your 15 year old hasn't been in school for two years, I just wanted to check if she receives education from home instead?

    Hello, thanks for replying :) I see, thanks for the information. Is there any plan for her to start receiving education? It must be a concern to you that she is potentially missing out on quite a bit of learning.

    @Ross_Scope yes we are worried , we don’t wanna push her out to school she goes and talks to cahms but that’s about it di sent really leave the house , and we never knew you could claim without a diagnosis until last week

    Thanks @martyd85, I appreciate your response. Hopefully she is finding CAMS helpful and that the DLA claim goes well.
