Hi,
I have been receiving PIP since 2019 and my mental health support worker has informed me that I should be receiving LCWRA which I have never even heard of. How do I apply? Will my mental health summary’s be enough as supporting documents? Will it get backdated?
Thank you in advance

First you need to be claiming Universal Credit. If you don’t already claim it then whether you’re entitled to it will totally depend on your circumstances. If you live with a partner you claim as a couple. If you already claim it then if your health condition limits your capability to work then you need to report a change of circumstances on your journal. Then send in fit notes from your GP.Claiming PIP doesn’t automatically entitle you to limited capability for work. You will need to go through the work capability assessment first. If you don't already claim Universal Credit then you can use this benefits calculator here. https://www.entitledto.co.uk/benefits-calculator/Intro/Home?cid=85eb84c1-0713-4e83-9191-fc982f9da61eIf you already claim it then have a read of this https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/universal-credit-if-you-have-a-disability-or-health-condition-quick-guide/universal-credit-if-you-have-a-disability-or-health-condition
