Hi,
I couldn`t find a suitable place for this, so I`m doing this here.
I`d rather not be notified of any comments for discussions I start or have taken part in (I prefer to browse), so I`ve deselected all notification ticks from the relevant boxes and saved my choice.
However...... I still get email notifications and this error may have something to do with it: Request failed with status code 403.
Would someone mind checking this for me please.
Thank you,
Andy

Hi there
This is a known issue which is being looked into and reported several times
There is a work around by admin removing your email from your account but then you get no emails or notifications
If you email community@scope.org.uk they can deal with this -
Hi janer1967,Thank you. I`ll wait for the resolution to be implemented.Andy,

I hope it's sorted now. I must admit, receiving all those notifications would drive me crazy.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -

I still don't get email notifications and I still can't comment on some threads because the comment box is Hugh and the keyboard doesn't come up so that you can type

Would you be able to send a screenshot of what the comment box looks like when you're not able to type in it @lisathomas50?
Would you also be able to send me a PM clarifying which email notifications you would like to receive?
Apologies that this is an ongoing issue, everyone. We've reported it numerous times to our platform providers!

It's been going on forever its about time it was sorted I would be questioning the service your platform providers are offering
