Pip assessment copy

Hi I wanted to know is there anyway a person can get their initial form for pip
i had sent it via online but was not able to have copy

Looking at your other thread i see you're at MR stage. You don't need a copy of the form at this stage, you just need to focus on putting the MR in writing as advised on your other thread.

If it gets to Tribunal you will eventually receive the "bundle" which will contain everything you've already sent, which will include the PIP2 form.
