Hi @ella1992 can you tell me if you've been getting LCW, or LCWRA since 2020?
Have you been able to speak to your work coach about what's been happening?0 -
If you’ve already been found to have either LCW or LCWRA then you shouldn’t need to send any further fit notes because it’s an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise. However, you’re not the only person I’ve heard this happen to. I’d advise putting a message onto your journal telling them that no further fit notes are needed because you were found to have LCWRA or LCW, which ever applies to you.0

-
I am sorry to hear this @ella1992 when you feel able to, contact your case manager and explain how you're feeling. Tell them you'd like them to explain things more clearly.
Is there anyone you're close to who could be with you for support, or ask for more information on your behalf?0 -

What should I do0
-
My partner said I clicked new sick note bye mistake but it only came up the next day so o declined it but forgot it was me but then message uc asked them why didn't come up but there still saying my award ended November last year its so confusing and horrible0
-
Try not to worry @ella1992 when you can get in touch with your case manager, explain everything that's happened to them.
I would agree with Poppy, from the screenshot it looks like they cancelled the fit note.
It might help to write everything you want to say down, or get your partner to help. Keep us up to date when you've spoken to them, and if you need support with your next steps then please do ask.0 -
It’s been cancelled so you don’t need to do anything. Your award doesn’t end as I advised.0
