Fit note

in Universal Credit (UC)
I will have to claim universal credit soon due to my other benefits ending. I am unable to work and wonder how soon I need a fit note when I apply for the universal credit? Thankyou.

    My income support is ending and my sons Dla and carers

    Why is your son's DLA ending?
    If you do have to claim UC and you have a health condition limiting your ability to work you need to declare this as part of the claim and will need a Fit Note to support this no later than 7 days after you submit the claim.
