Hi there my husband was award work and actives accbelty yesterday the claim has been in since last July and we have only received £340 and they only adjust last month stament can and one help me pleas

However, it sounds really frustrating that the claim has been in since last July, you have only received £340 and they only adjust last month statement.
Unfortunately, this is not an area of my expertise. This means I can only hope someone with more knowledge in this area will be able to respond to you soon.

It takes a while for back pay to be calculated and old statements updated
Put a note in your journal marked payment query and explain that the date the medical condition was reported and you are expecting back pay from the 4th assessment period following this date
You do not get extra payment for the first 3 assessment periods0 -
