Something About Nothing.. Chocolate

Whenst I was a child I was never too keen on Chocolate. But when I did eat it my favourite was always Galaxy.
I went away for a few days in February and was wandering around the town and found myself in Poundland.
In the aisles was a family bar sized Cadbury Dairy Milk. I was on holiday so b*gger it, I bought myself a bar. It was £2.99.
I got back to the hotel, in my room and start to demolish this bar of chocolate that was my least favourite as a child. Last week I bought myself another Cadbury Chocolate bar. It was gorgeous.
A few years ago I bought myself a bar of Galaxy. Tried it. It was not like I used to remember as a child. So gave it away.
Thursday I bought a family sized bar of Galaxy. Got home. Opened it.
OMG It's back. The same flavour, consistency, smooth taste as I remembered from when I was a kid.
I don't know whether Brexit has anything to do with it. As in not bowing down to the Europeans preferences.
But my love for Galaxy Chocolate has been renewed.
I also like Aldi Chocolate.
What is your favourite chocolate?

I'm glad you've rediscovered your love for Galaxy @oldngrumpy!
I'm a fan of dark chocolate, so that'd probably be my favourite. Green and Black's is lovely, though not something I'd really buy for myself.1 -
I used to love fruit and nut chocolate but I find it hard to eat nowadays. I also like bournville plain.1

My all time favourite chocolate is Cadbury’s Dairy Milk. I also enjoy eating Aeros, Galaxy, After Eight Mints and Truffles.1
