hi can anyone help with working out how much i am owed from universal credit after being awarded lcrwa
my ap was 24th june -25th Sept 2020 my assessment date is the 21st of each month and says i was awarded lcrwa from jan 2021 after a year of trying to appeal.
my payment date is 27th of each month
can anyone advise when this wil show on my journal online please ? confused whether it will it be this month or included in june’s universal credit payment0 -
It will depend on what date exactly you reported your health condition, providing you sent in a fit note within 7 days after this. The extra money isn't paid at all during the waiting period. It's then paid from the 4th month of your claim. Was this a Tribunal decision?0

If you are paid on the 27th of the month your assessment periods are the 21st to the 20th of each month.
I'm not clear what you mean by your AP was 24th June-25th September 2020.
When did you first report your health condition to UC and is your recent decision based on that original notification?
From your other thread it appears that you reported the condition in October 2020. Your waiting period would then be Oct-Nov, Nov-Dec and Dec-Jan and the LCWRA element would be payable from the payment on 27th February 2021.0 -
