I was asked on telephone assessments about previous employment, and education. I can’t remember if on paper pip form if I was asked about school, university or previous employment. Does anyone know on the pop form if there are questions about education and employment? Or anyone been asked such questions thank you

On the PIP2 form (how your disability affects you) there's no questions about education or employment. During an assessment they often ask these questions.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
