Good morning
I hope everyone is well?
Do we have to pay if you decide to appeal at tribunal stage and can you have anyone to represent you, or does it need to be a professional.

No, you do not have to pay to take a benefit decision to Tribunal. Anyone can represent you but unless they fully understand the PIP descriptors then i can't see what help they could be. Do be aware that even with representation, you will still be expected to speak for yourself.
You can see what advice agency is local to you and see if they represent. https://advicelocal.uk/

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

There are people who will offer to represent you and will charge for it. Avoid them.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.
