I received a call today regarding telling me I'm able to make a claim for SPD as I'm now on ESA and PIP but I live with my step father who's a pensioner... Am I eligible for SPD or not? Thanx

Does your step father receive PIP or DLA or AA as well?
    No just state pension

    Info here - https://www.gov.uk/disability-premiums/eligibility

Is it income based ESA you get?

Normally you won’t be eligible for SDP if someone lives with you unless they receive a qualifying benefit.

Unless he's registered blind or recieves either PIP daily living, DLA mid./high rate care or Attendance Allowance then you won't be entitled to SDP.
