Hi,
I was wondering if you lovely people can help. I have recently taken my mother's UC decision to tribunal and massively surprised , they overturned DWP decision and said she should be in LCWRA. Woohoo. Not only this but they are backpaying a substantial amount of money , over 15k ! Now this was entirely unexpected , and I am wondering, now my mother will be deemed to have assetts over a certain threshold , will this mean she will get reduced universal credit every month or will it not change because it came from DWP in the first place. I could ring them but I don't actually live with my mum so it's hard to be next to her . Thank you
