    You will need to ring PIP and ask them to send you a copy of your award letter. The number to ring is 0800 121 4433 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri.

    Are you sure the pip are going to give me a new copy of the pip award letter?

    Yes @mikeandy they will. I requested a letter for my own Blue Badge renewal, and my PIP was awarded in 2018.

    It took about a week, but they sent it no problem :)

    If i wasn't then i wouldn't have advised you to ring them.

    Looks more like mikeandy was worried they wouldn't rather than saying they wouldn't
    So my question stands. Why wouldn’t they send one if asked?

    @Alicewillow

    Yeah so it was a genuine question asking why they thought it would not happen, why do you feel the need to make a big deal of someone's responses for?

    I’m not sure I’ve made a big deal out of anything?
    You have.

    Hopefully they get the copy of the letter out to you soon @mikeandy, it should be no problem to sort out. It's understandable to worry though, I do once remember calling to request that a document be sent out to me and it took a further call to actually ensure it was sent because my request wasn't put through first time around. I must stress though that my experience will have been a one off and it must have been an innocent error, I'm sure everything will be fine for you,
