Please help what this means and what's happening my original report is really good and I want to know what this means
I am able to issue you a copy of the assesment report however please be aware that a decision has not been made at this stage the assesment report is subject to scrutiny by the Case Manager and possible change therefore the version that I will be sending you may not be the final version used in making the decision on your PIP claim

Sometimes if there's errors in the report they are returned to the health assessment providers. The report is not the decision anyway, just a recommendation. Before the decision's made they will look at all other evidence you sent as well as the report.

Indeed, yet they continue to tell everyone up to 8 weeks. Then if someone hasn't had a decision within 8 weeks they start to panic.
