I’m assuming the £150 you’re asking about is the Council tax rebate? If so then this is paid by your local Authority so everyone will receive it at different times.
If you’re talking about the announcement for the extra money for the cost of living from the Government the £150 is only paid to those claiming disability benefits such as PIP/DLA or AA. This payment will not be made until September.
No idea what the £15 is for though, sorry.0 -
Is the extra £15 the pay increase0

If in doubt, call them up.0

This isn't practical or possible for everyone0

Indeed it isn't but this is the only way they will know for sure what that extra money is for.

It's very unlikely to be that. For ESA Support Group without the SDP the increase was £4.05 per week. (£8.10 a fortnight) with the SDP it was £6.15 per week (£12.30 per fortnight)

But you and everyone is right, we've no way to know, especially as they've not said if it was paid separate or not.
The ESA Support Group amount without SDP is £135.35 per week, £270.70/fortnight. These are the April increase amounts. Nothing here suggests the extra money received has anything to do with their ESA.

If not you will need to do that. One of the reasons an ESA claim can disrupt payments is if a decision's been made on another benefit like PIP. It can suspend the ESA payment. A phone call will sort this out and they can make a same day payment to you. Otherwise you'll be without money over the long bank holiday weeked. The same can also happen if you're claiming help with any rent through housing benefit.0

Hi @poppy123456 when I looked at my bank ,it said JSA instead of ESA,will that make any difference,it's the same amount@kendo8610
-
When they make a manual payment it usually shows as JSA, something to do with the old legacy computer system.0

Did did they say why it had not been paid ?
mine was due today Thursdays 2nd but it hasn’t been so have to wait till Monday to call to find out what’s happened.0 -
They said it had been processed for next week for some reason so she said she was recalling it0
-
Pfft lovely!Hopefully a quick phone call will sort this.
thanks for posting back 👍0
