Poem called Dear majesty the Queen


I would like to congratulate the Queen on reaching the Diamond  Jubilee as our Queen today.

You have led our nation through times of joy and times of sadness.

But today is a wonderful day with the family and grandchild at your side.

The red arrows flew overhead in the clear blue sky as your family surrounded you on the balcony. You watch on with your family and grandchildren at your side at glorious celebrations that have begun to celebrate your wonderful milestone as our Queen for 70 years on the throne. I hope you have many more years as our Queen.

    I did watch the celebrations but I appreciate your kind words about my poem
    @Biblioklept I have to thank you, my family, who gave me fantastic confidence to share my work online platforms but I know how scary it can be and I am glad you liked my poem too
