    When you are ready have a look around the site any problems just ask some one will be on line to help.

    There are a few of us with Spinal Stenosis, i have it but can not have the operation, hopefully you will hear from someone else with experience.

    I haven't had an operation for spinal stenosis either, but fingers crossed one of our other members will have done. Would you like to tell us a little bit more about what you'd like to know about the surgery? Do you have it coming up?
