Hi, I've received my letter telling me my entitlement for PIP, which was meant to be payed yesterday (for the back payment since October) but I have had absolutely nothing in my bank and I'm getting a bit confused and frustrated as every time I have tried to call PIP the number just seems to hang up on me for no reason after I've been on hold for 20 mins.. Has anyone else been through this with not being paid? I know I gave them the right bank details. Thank you in advance.

update: spoke to both PIP and my bank, PIP provided me with a reference number for the payment but my bank, Monzo, are saying they have no knowledge of the payment. Asked PIP what details they have- all of them are correct so I really don't know what's happened here. Monzo are blaming BACS and saying that it has nothing to do with them, and PIP are saying that because they can provide a reference number they, in their eyes, have paid me... Needless to say, I'm having absolute barrels of fun and nobody will communicate with eachother/with me in a way where they view me as a person.0
