    Hi,
Timescales for decisions is anything from 2-12 weeks sometimes longer. Once the decisions been made if you're not happy you can challenge that decision by first requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR)

Hello @leeroy1 thanks for reaching out and sharing your experience, it's not easy going through the assessment, but it's all done now, and as Biblioklept has mentioned, the long time probably means she was making absolutely sure she could understand exactly how your conditions impact you day to day.

It's difficult to talk about in detail with someone you don't know, I understand that.

As Poppy has said, you could be waiting anywhere between 2 and 12 weeks, sometimes longer. I hope it won't be too long to wait, and that you get the outcome you're hoping for.

The community will be here to support you whatever the decision is, so do keep us up to date with how you get on. If anything comes up in the meantime you feel we could help with, let us know :)
