how do i get a copy of my pip award letter online

    Hi,
    You won't be able to get a copy of it this way i'm afraid. The only way to get a copy is to ring PIP on 0800 121 4433. Lines open Mon- Fri 9am-5pm. Best time to ring will be as soon as they open.

    You cannot get a copy online you will have to call the pip helpline to request a copy

    I know it would be a whole lot easier to access online, but I'm afraid you will have to call the PIP enquiry line and request a paper copy.
