Will I get any backdated LCWRA?

Hi all I’ve just been put to n LCWWRA after my work acessmant got my letter 7 th June I first gave fit note in 15 th November 2021 my assesmant period 20 th every month when would I get my extra money in my universal would I get any backdated thanks all

This means your waiting period is Dec/Jan, Jan/Feb, Feb/March.. LCWRA first payment will be April 2022. This means up to now they owe you 2 months LCWRA element. 

Any money owed will be paid separately to your usual monthly payment. 

The above advice is assuming you’re not claiming UC with a partner that already receives LCWRA element on your claim.

Hi all I phoned dwp asked if I would reicieve any backdated money as their said I’d get a letter in my journal after 7 day but not had one agent said their Carnot tell me but if no letter you’ll not get backdated

It all depends when you reported the medical condition 

Payment is due from the 4th full assessment period after you reported the condition and submitted fit note within 7 days
