Is my estranged husband entitled to carers allowance?

I'm estranged from my husband but we still share a house I'm in receipt of pip and universal credit but my estranged husband cares for me but works full time is he entitled to carers allowance as he does everything

Unfortunately not because he works full time. To be eligible for carers allowance you mustn't earn more than £132 per week. https://www.gov.uk/carers-allowance/eligibilityAre you claiming UC as a couple or as a single person? If you're claiming as a couple because you live together then he can claim Carers element of UC.

Yes i did too but still married, living together and the husband still caring for them, i just thought i'd check.
