Any new decision overrules any award that you did have. As you’ve been refused there’s no longer any award in place.
If you reported a change of circumstances there’s always some risk, which is why you should always get expert advice before doing anything.
You can now request the Mandatory Reconsideration and a different decision maker will look at your claim again. You should put your request in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points.
The most likely outcome is the decision will remain the same, if this happens you can take it to Tribunal.

Is it me or am i going bonkers here lol. I can see a member has commented on this thread but i can't see their comment. I also see they've posted on another thread in the ESA section but i can't see that comment either. No, i don't have the person on ignore either and even if i did, the ignore feature isn't working properly anyway. The members name is "hacker"

    Hi @poppy123456

Those comments were removed by the team, it just seems to be a bit of a hiccup that they were still showing. Apologies for any confusion.

Hi @nehak123, thanks for making your post, I'm sorry to read about how upset this has made you. Judging from what you said in your post you will be going down the MR route, so I wish you the very best with it.
