Hello.
I'm currently in the process of applying for an IT Support Assistant role at my local college, which I have just finished, on a 7 week contract, so just before I start University. One question in the application form caught my eye though: 'Are you seeking an interview under the disability symbol scheme?'
What does it mean by that? Any response is greatly appreciated.

Hi there
It basically means you will be granted an interview if you are disabled and meet the minimum requirements of the role eg skills qualifications etc0 -

You don't have to tick it.but if you want a guaranteed interview as long as you meet the min requirement fir the role then yes tick the box
If you don't want to disclose you have a disability at this stage then you don't have to declare it0
