I have been waiting 6 weeks for my money to be paid now to be told their a system error and I still have to wait

They can't pay what is owed until the past statements have been recalculated. Once they've done this they will then be able to work out exactly how much has already been made against what you should have been paid. The difference between the two will be what is owed.
