If you disagree with the decision, you can request a reconsideration of the decision. Turn2Us has some guidance on your options for looking into or appealing the result.
It might well be worth searching for some professional advice, if you feel you need help or support with this, and a good place to start is Advice Local.

You can request the MR on your journal and you'll need to tell them which descriptor you think applies and your reasons why. For LCWRA only one needs to apply and there's no points awarded. You can check here to see if any apply to you. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activityYour fit notes will no longer be accepted because of the fit for work decision.MR timescales are between 2-12 weeks, sometimes longer.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
