Hello there @cjsiwuwuwu I'm sorry to read you didn't get the decision you're hoping for. This can be really difficult news to process, so do what you need to look after your mental health today.

If you disagree with the decision, you can request a reconsideration of the decision. Turn2Us has some guidance on your options for looking into or appealing the result.

It might well be worth searching for some professional advice, if you feel you need help or support with this, and a good place to start is Advice Local.

Let us know if we can support you with anything further, and remember that you don't have to manage this alone.

You can request the MR on your journal and you'll need to tell them which descriptor you think applies and your reasons why. For LCWRA only one needs to apply and there's no points awarded. You can check here to see if any apply to you. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activity

Your fit notes will no longer be accepted because of the fit for work decision.

MR timescales are between 2-12 weeks, sometimes longer.
