LCWRA any news anyone?

Hello.
I was wondering if LCWRA reviews are still suspended. I got my reward 2.5yrs ago and still no news. I saw people commented on here who got their reward back in 2017 and it still caries on . I don't want to be asking universal credit people on my journal as they might mark my name so that I can be called for review as soon as first reviews start again. Do you guys think they will sort this backlog fast ,or until the end of this year we can sleep peacefully?
Sorry for pointless message really. I know that alot of you re well informed so I guess it's best place to ask any question regarding this. Thank you.

Reviews are still suspended due to backlogs of claimants still waiting for their first WCA. LCWRA is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise. Even in normal times, the timescale they give you is just a guide, which is why WCA decision letters have no timescales on them.
Nothing more you can do but wait. When it's time for your review there will be a letter on your journal telling you you're being referred.

Decision letters are very basic and never go into any details. When the LCWRA is paid from will depend on what date exactly you reported your health condition and did you send in fit notes for the whole time without any gaps?  What date you usually receive your money each month.
This is because there's a full 3 month assessment period waiting time and the extra money is paid from the 4th month of your claim.

You should receive the extra money from either Feb or March 2022, depending on the exact date you reported your health condition.
Any money owed is usually paid separately from your usual monthly amount. It often takes them a few weeks to pay what they owe you. First they need to recalculate your past statements to work out exactly how much is owed. Once this is done you'll receive a letter onto your journal telling you how much is owed. It will then be paid into your bank.
The above advice is assuming you're not claiming UC with a partner that already receives the LCWRA element.

It doesn't say what the decision was on the screenshot you posted. If the decision was LCWRA then yes you will receive extra money, as i advised here.

Was this your first work capability assessment? Or did you previously have limited capability for work (LCW)

Based on the information you’ve given my calculation is your first payment should be March. So they owe you 4 months money up until June.

The letter you posted is your award letter but whoever uploaded it to you forgot to click which option. They're templated letters. You won't get another one showing you LCWRA but should get one saying about how much you've been underpaid.
