My PIP date has expired, and I was receiving vehicle tax exemption. I have had to change to automatic but don't know how to update my pip for proof purposes at post Office etc. I need help

I don't understand your question. Vehicle tax exemption is related to a Enhanced mobilty PIP. If your PIP ended then so will the car tax exemption.

My pip has not ended that is my point. I have had tax exemption since 2017, I have changed vehicles but cannot prove my PIP because it was dated purely for my exemption. I don't know how else i prove it;
My circumstances have not changed.

You did say your PIP had expired. You'll need to contact PIP and ask them to send you an exemptional certificate. Contact PIP on 0800 121 4433
