Hi and welcome to the community

It isn't a grant is a cost of living payment

To be paid to those on means tested benefits

So it depends on which esa you are claiming if its is all contribution based then you won't get the payment . If any of your esa is income based then you will get it

If you get income based ESA you will get the £650. First £326 in July and a further £324 later in the year.
Fully explained in the link poppy posted.
You may get a payment of £650 paid in 2 lump sums of £326 and £324 if you’re getting any of the following:
    ..
    • income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
    • ..
    Eligibility
To get the first Cost of Living Payment of £326, you must have been entitled to a payment (or later found to be entitled to a payment) of either:
    • income-based JSA, income-related ESA, Income Support or Pension Credit for any day in the period 26 April 2022 to 25 May 2022
