Hi so last year I done my UC medical assessment. They said I had been placed into Limited capacity for work. So I launched a appeal and won it.
However they said I wasn't in any groups and when I showed the community advice person the thing saying I was in Limited capacity for work. She rang and said I was in a lower group of it.
I won the appeal and was put into that same category. And the advice person said I'll get a back payment.
Recently I got a new medical form to fill in.
I am just very confused about all this

If you took it to Tribunal they should have sent you a decision letter. What exactly does it say on there? If the decision was Limited capability for work then you won't be owed any money.

I've been granted limited capacity for work. But not the work related element0

Then you won't be owed any money. Did you report a change in your health condition? If you did then this is likely why you've received more forms to fill in.

No I didn't. But it's been over a year from I've done the 1st one.The community woman said I will get back dated pay as you get extra money for being on LCW0

Skullblits said:The community woman said I will get back dated pay as you get extra money for being on LCWThat is incorrect. See link. https://www.entitledto.co.uk/help/universal_credit_work_capability_assessmentNew UC claims from 3 April 2017 onwards, and existing UC claimants whose circumstances change after 3 April 2017 so they are newly placed in the LCW group, are not awarded the extra amount called the LCW element as it was abolished. You will still be eligible for the work allowance and your work-related requirements will take account of this, you just won't get the increase in your award. As you've received the work capability assessment form again you will need to fill that out and return it with all your supporting evidence.

You said you won the appeal but were placed into the same group. If you were already found to have LCW before the appeal then remaining in the same group means you didn't win.

It's says on the letter my appeal was granted.
But according to UC I wasn't in any group. Then the community woman rang up and said I was in a lower group of it.
That's why I'm confused0 -
What matters now is what the decision of the Tribunal was. If it was LCW then there’s no extra money, as I advised.
