Anyone else?

Hi everyone. First of all sorry if my English isn’t perfect! Im writhing here from Sweden praying and hoping that maybe someone out there recognize my symptoms. I’m a 60 year old woman and I’m been having this “sickness “ for over 20 years , no doctor finds anything wrong whit me . I will try to describe my symptoms for you . In a normal week I can feel perfectly fine maybe 2-3 days , in those days I work out in the gym , planting flowers in my garden , cleaning, cooking ,playing football with my grandkids without any problems at all . But then there is these other days . I wake up feeling like I have the worst hangover you can imaging. (I don’t drink alcohol since many years but remember that feeling) I can’t even walk the stairs without getting out of breath. Nothing helps this days . I can’t understand why I can feel great one day and so sick the other day, or the next. The only thing I figured out is that I have my bad days when I wake up in the night and then goes back to sleep. If I wake up at 4 a clock in the morning and gets up I will have a good day. But if I fall back to sleep and then wake up again at 7-8 in the morning I will be sick all day . If anyone have any ideas or suggestions for me please let me know! I’m starting to lose hope and this is my last desperate try . Thank you for reading.

Hi,Unfortunately, we are not medical professionals so we won't be able to give you any medical advice, as it's against the rules here. Have you tried speaking to a different Doctor for a 2nd opinion?0

Hello @mandalin and welcome to the community
Sorry to hear of the symptoms you are experiencing, it must be really frustrating to have seen doctors but never received a definite answer as to what it is.
When was the last time you saw a doctor about it? Were they able to give any suggestions as to why they couldn't find out what the problem is?This is a very supportive and welcoming site to be a part of so I’m hopeful that you’ll find it to be a positive outlet. Feel free to have a look around and get involved wherever you’d like 😊 I have included below a few of the pages I’d recommend having a look through to get used to things:
- The virtual coffee lounge which is one of our categories, in which we play games and talk about general subjects such as hobbies and interests
- The recent discussions page, which shows an overview of everything happening across the community
- The categories page, which shows a full list of discussion groups on the community
If you have any questions at all then don’t hesitate to ask.
