Hey everyone...
Just a little story that I hope encourages everyone to keep postive..
Applied for PIP on 11th Feb.
Had my phone assessment on 25th May
Assessor was very easy to talk to, let me talk, cry when I needed to etc.
Report received by DM on 26th May
I rang and received it on 27th May.

I was very happy with the point recommendations (14 daily care, 22 mobility) and the written parts accurately described what I'd said to the assessor.
Received the standard texts about no decision made etc
Rang on 10th June for update, still nothing.
Had a txt this morning saying I'd been awarded PIP and to await the letter.
I rang up and they confirmed the award and the DM had gone with my report and awarded me enhanced on both for 3 years.
All in all it tool 6w 1d from my assessment to receiving the outcome.
Waiting is the worst and it made me anxious, something that rarely happens.

Keep postive and always be truthful.
Good luck all Waiting xx
