LCWRA confusion

Hey there I am wondering is someone could help me.
I have asked the centre to help however they either don't reply or I get different answers from people.
So on the 25th of March I put in a sick note and have been on it since the 24th of June after passing my assessment and being put on LCWRA.
I was told by one work coach I would get back pay however told by another I wouldn't as I am within my 3months bit what's confused me is I have LCWRA for 15 months it ends June next year. So I am confused as it means they have back dated the assessment to March but not getting any back pay.
This probably seems confusing to read but it's confusing to explain and to understand myself so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks so much for reading.

There’s a full 3 month assessment period waiting time for the extra money and it’s then paid from the 4th month after you first reported your health condition. The extra money isn’t paid at all during the waiting period.
When it’s paid from for you will depend on the dates of your assessment periods (or when you usually receive your money each month)
Without knowing the answer to that question based on the information you gave then it will be paid from either this month or August. No backdated money is owed.
The timescale they’ve given is just a guide. LCWRA is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise, it doesn’t just end.1
