Yes, because you are on UC.
You will also get a payment of £150 in September because you are on PIP.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK. -
Universal Credit
To get the first Cost of Living Payment of £326, you must have been entitled to a payment (or later found to be entitled to a payment) of Universal Credit for an assessment period that ended in the period 26 April 2022 to 25 May 2022.
For PIP It will depend when you started your claim. If it was 25th May or earlier then you will receive the £150 in Septemeber.

Although they are your ex if you're claiming UC as a couple then you'll be entitled to 1 payment between you. If you're claiming as single people then 1 payment each, if you were entitled to a payment of UC with an assessment period ending within the dates above.

@poppy123456 Hi Poppy I was just wondering about the cost of living payment of £150.
I believe the cut off was 25th May, to receive the payment in September.
I applied for PIP on the 24th June. If I am successful will I get this payment at a later date -

Unfortunately, because you applied for PIP after 25th May, even if successfully awarded PIP you will not be entitled to the £150. There's only 1 payment of £150.
