CALLING PIP LINE. If you got through, how long did you wait?

hi there just wondering has anyone had any problems getting through to PIP line if you did get through how long did you wait? I’m trying for 5th time now each time waiting more than 50 mins appreciate any feedback xx

Best time to ring is as soon as they open at 9am. Even then, you could still be on hold for an hour, sometimes longer.

I rang at 12 today and I waited for 45 mins for them to answer, If that helps at all0

Sometimes it can help to put the phone onto speaker while you wait, and then you can get one with something else in the same room @Itsasecret, I do hope you can get through soon, it sounds like the lines are quite busy.
