Yes @Tori_Scope I also find it hard to love myself but I will be OK as I'm surrounded by all the love I need I have my kids my partner that 1 special friend on here also other good friends on here what more could I wish for ???

Having love and support around us does help you're right, as it can build up our self worth and self esteem.

@Alex_Scope I love this forum as everyone is always there for me which helps me alot but I can also support and help others ❤️ which I do enjoy doing at least I can go bed at night and think at least if I have only made 1 person smile today its been very worth while

@Alex_Scope I know this sounds strange but it's like my safe haven lol its nice to chat to people this way as I have anxiety/social anxiety I hate being around alot of people plus I have autism I only go out if I must for appointments for me or the children or things going on at schools sometimes I even do my shopping online now as when I do need go shopping my heart races I vomit before I go my ribs aches etc oh and only other reason I leave house is to make memories with my children family days out

It doesn't sound strange at all, and I'm sure you're not the only one who finds communicating online really suits them more than face to face
