Did anyone actually receive the first installment? Is there any day one should expect the payment?

It can be paid anytime up until 31st July. I claim Income related ESA and received mine today. My daughter claims UC and didn’t have hers today.

A joint claim will receive £650 between you, not each. £326 between you as a first payment. 2nd payment is £324 between you, if you qualify.

It's the rules that it's per claim, not each when claiming as a couple.

You have misunderstood. Each single claimant or a couple will get £650 which is being paid in two instalments, one payment of £326 (which you have just received) and a second payment of £324 which will be made later in the year.
