@janer1967 I'm not actually too bad, it's because of my OCD and also some other issues I prefer to stay covered up. I am staying pretty cool at the moment though!!
My advice would be to just not move too much, if you need to move then move slowly -
@66Mustang sorry I wasn't getting at you just as long as your comfortable that's what matters
-
I think that might be an autistic thing. I was the same when I was younger. Jeans and jumper all year round. I have photos as a teenager in heat of summer wearing a turtleneck jumper
No heat or body regulation.
Mine only changed when I started living alone and gradually changed to wearing what I wear now which is considerably less. But I wear the same thing all year round. Just add a coat in the winter if it's below about 10 or raining. -

@Biblioklept a sarong is j6st big rectangular piece 9f material you can wear and tie in all different ways . Lots people wear them as cover up on the beach
Some men even wear them like a skirt ( seen pic of David Beckham in one ) -

Loose cotton palazzo trousers and a cotton vest.
Blinds and windows shut all day and, as @66Mustang says, if you have to move do it slowly.

Underpants or loose shorts, that's all, and I'm still too hot!!! If I didn't have carers visiting then I wouldn't have anything on at all.
