Me too, well jeans & T-shirt as with every other day of the year, not a fan of choice or change!  I did choose a slightly thinner cotton T-shirt for this week though.  :D

@janer1967 I'm not actually too bad, it's because of my OCD and also some other issues I prefer to stay covered up. I am staying pretty cool at the moment though!! :)

My advice would be to just not move too much, if you need to move then move slowly

:D I think that might be an autistic thing. I was the same when I was younger. Jeans and jumper all year round. I have photos as a teenager in heat of summer wearing a turtleneck jumper :D
    No heat or body regulation.

Mine only changed when I started living alone and gradually changed to wearing what I wear now which is considerably less. But I wear the same thing all year round. Just add a coat in the winter if it's below about 10 or raining.

I had to google what a sarong was but that looks very comfortable and practical for the weather

@66Mustang not at all I j6st thought my comment wasn't worded in a good way

@Biblioklept a sarong is j6st big rectangular piece 9f material you can wear and tie in all different ways . Lots people wear them as cover up on the beach

Some men even wear them like a skirt ( seen pic of David Beckham in one )

I've got the shorts out, and a light coloured t-shirt. Realised this morning how few lightly coloured short sleeved t-shirts I actually have :)

Loose cotton palazzo trousers and a cotton vest.

Blinds and windows shut all day and, as @66Mustang says, if you have to move do it slowly.

    Bliss!!

Underpants or loose shorts, that's all, and I'm still too hot!!! If I didn't have carers visiting then I wouldn't have anything on at all.
