Hi all , Hope everyone is well. I registered on here today because I heard that its a tight knit website who help people. I am partially disabled lost use of my righthand due to knife attack. Also suffer severe anxiety and depression for theses following reasons. I had been made avicted 3 months ago and I where offered a flat in a sheltered housing complex. The problem I have is I've started cutting myself again due to the lack 9f help I receive of the partnerships staff my flat and building is rife with m8ce and rats it's that bad there going on my bed on my clothes and there now in my Cooker and storage heaters. I've not eaten in 3 days I've not slept either. I have told them so many times it's sounds like I'm a broken record.
I'm not allowed my carer to come and help me prepare my food help me wash. And do the more activities I can't do. The majority of the girls are working girls so they don't come in till early hours of the mornings. They said when I signed my tenancy pass they'd give us one 2 one support. I've not had any in the 3 months I've been here. There's no fire escape near my flat I'm on 2nd floor so it's high drop but the window only opens so far.theres flies everywhere no matter how clean I keep my flat . Its really getting to me I'm actually crying typing this because I've just not8ced a dead m9use hanging out bottom of storage heater. Please can someone help me. I don't know who to turn to these people (residents) There all on heroin and crack cocaine so I dnt want to tell them what nightmare I'm living they might make fun of me because thts the type they are. It's like a jail or bail hostel where there's security on door 24/7.
I'm pleading for help here but there never here. I just feel that the time they do eventually decide to come around it,l be to late.
That's how much I want away from here but I've no.one to help apart from my carer.
I've posted a picture of the mouse I think or rat thts stuck in my storage heater.

Hello @sherri74 and thanks for reaching out today, I'm so sorry about what's been happening, it sounds awful. We'd really like to support you as much as we can with this, so keep an eye out for an email from community@scope.org.uk with more information.
Please reach out to your loved ones, GP, or any support organisations such as Samaritans if you feel you need to talk. And remember if you feel unsafe or in immediate danger, please call 999 or head to your local hospital right away.
I hope the community can be a supportive and friendly place for you, and please let us know if you'd like any additional support.

Hugs. A community run food bank is a useful source of food and good information etc. There may even be one located at a local church or go to another independent one which can help.0
