Hi,
Sorry to start a post to ask this, but I couldn’t find my answers.
Sorry to start a post to ask this, but I couldn’t find my answers.
Question 1: Every time I call the PIP advice line it tries to take me to a person. I’ve tried so many times to find the automated line with no luck. Does anyone know what options I press?
Question 2: I’ve spoken to PIP advisors twice now to ask for a copy of my report and both times this hasn’t been actioned. It takes so long to get through to a person, so it will be frustrating to ask again. Does anyone know why they might not be sending it despite both saying they would?

According to other threads, it's option 6 of the helpline number. However, if a decision hasn't been made there will be no details on the automated line. Some will agree to send the report, others won't. It can often take a couple of weeks to receive post from DWP so if you only recently requested it then that maybe when you haven't received it yet. It does often cause even more anxiety so it's not always a good idea to request it.0
