just had a message on journal that a payment of 354 had been released and they said the period its from which was last month, my payments section for my payment on 3rd of july has included this, silly question but has this been sent to me now or will i have to wait until 3rd aug for my next payment

Money owed is paid separately to your usual monthly money. It takes 3-5 working days to go into your bank once it's paid.
