If you claim uc and live with a partner then you must claim as a couple and his earnings will be taken into account0 -

Yes as you should be on a joint claim if you live together. If you don’t work then your partner will have a work allowance (an amount you can earn without deductions) of £573 if you don’t claim help with housing costs or £344 if you do get help with housing.
If you also get PIP then if not already, get your partner to login to their UC account and report them caring for you, you will get an extra £168.81 on your entitlement.0 -

Yes, UC is paid monthly in arrears.
