Hi there
I am with British gas I'm not aware of any help
This is what the cost of living payment are to help with
It could be a good idea to overpay them using the col payments to get yoyeself in credit
Getting lcwra has no entitlement to reduced energy bills again make good use of your backpay and over pay or use yoye monthly lcwra payment to pay additional monthly amount
You can ring them and try and come to some agreement -
I'm also not aware of any extra help because you have LCWRA. There's also the £400 energy grant to be paid over a period of 6 months from October. Although it's only a small amount, every little helps. If it was me then i'd ring them to tell them that you can't financially afford the extra amount going forward and is there anything they can do to try to reduce the amount they are asking.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

This year they've changed the criteria for the WHD and just claiming a disability benefit doesn't automatically entitle you to the £150. Those that do automatically qualify will automatically receive the payment. More details here. https://www.ofgem.gov.uk/publications/faqs-warm-home-discount-scheme

Hello @Amberpearl Scope has information on getting financial help from your energy supplier, which you might find helpful.
There's a list of various suppliers, and the funding they offer, subject to meeting certain conditions.
I don't know if you've also tried our Disability Energy Support service? We offer free energy and water advice to disabled people, helping them to manage their energy and water needs. Support can be offered via email or telephone, but do be aware that there is high demand for appointments.

Yes but the criteria has massively changed this year to all previous years. In previous years a PIP award alone would have qualified you but now it doesn't automatically qualify you.

Unless I missed it there is no detail about what usage they class as high in order to qualify.
I doubt I would I've never claimed it b4 as didn't know I would be entitled and you had to apply rather than it being automatic like it will be this year
I won't miss what I've never had -
